Course Application

Courses must be taught by a CRLB approved provider as set forth in § 1.8.9 and relate to the work of the discipline that it seeks to provide education for.  Courses must consist of at least one (1) credit hour of instruction.

   • Pre-recorded classes require interactive safeguarding procedures to be uploaded in VP.

7. Detailed course Syllabus - (attachment)
8. # of course hours
9. Discipline related to course content (Registration/License)
   • If applying for more than one discipline, please put in the comments section of the application.
10. Student Cost Breakdown - (attachment)
11. Attestation
12. Education Course # (EC) will be generated upon submission in VP.

Approved courses shall run concurrent with the Provider expiration date.
