Appeals

A contractor may request an appeal of:

A notice of violation
A decision of a hearing officer

Expungement

As of July 1, 2024, the Contractors’ Registration and Licensing Board shall be implementing a moratorium on the submission of expungement petitions pending changes to be made to the Board’s processing and adjudication of expungement requests.
