Applicants who have graduated from an accredited, technical or vocational high school or college within the prior twenty-four (24) months may be exempt. Please submit official transcripts to the CRLB for a determination. $500,000 Certificate of Liability Insurance, indicating CRLB as the certificate holder. Certificate of Worker’s Compensation Insurance, indicating CRLB as the certificate holder, must be submitted by applicants with employees. Business ID# and date of incorporation for Corporations and Limited Liability Companies. Search a Rhode Island Secretary of State Business ID #. $150 registration fee. The fee can be paid online.
